Life brings moments when words are difficult to find. There are times of illness, uncertainty, family concerns, financial pressure, spiritual struggle, disappointment, important decisions, and burdens that we may not know how to carry.
Prayer gives us an opportunity to bring those concerns before God.
Our Commitment
GL Ministries provides this avenue for individuals to submit prayer requests so that they may receive prayer, encouragement and spiritual support.
We believe that prayer is not merely a religious exercise. It is communion with God and an expression of our dependence upon Him.
What You May Request Prayer For
You may request prayer concerning:
Personal spiritual growth
Family and relationships
Children and young people
Education and academic progress
Career and professional decisions
Health and difficult circumstances
Financial and material concerns
Temptation and spiritual struggles
Ministry and evangelism
Major decisions and life transitions
Thanksgiving and praise
There is no burden too small to bring before God, and no circumstance beyond His care.
Our Prayer Foundation
The Bible encourages us:
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”
1 Peter 5:7, KJV
And we are reminded:
“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
James 5:16, KJV
Prayer does not mean that we always know how God will answer.
It means that we trust Him enough to bring our burdens to Him.
Confidentiality and Care
Prayer requests should be shared with wisdom and discretion.
Please avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information, passwords, financial information or information that could unnecessarily expose another person's privacy.
GL Ministries seeks to treat prayer requests with respect, compassion and discretion.
Our Promise of Prayer
When you submit a request, you are not simply filling in a form.
You are inviting others to stand with you before God.
Where appropriate, GL Ministries will pray for your request and encourage you to continue trusting God.
Above all, look to Christ.
Prayer is powerful, but the ultimate answer to humanity's deepest need is found in Jesus Christ.
Our prayer ministry therefore seeks not only to ask God to change circumstances but also to help people discover the peace, strength, hope, and salvation found in Christ.
